Pink Moon Crystal Power, Make Up was the command that Chibiusa used to transform into Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon in the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal using the Pink Moon Crystal.
In the animated version of this transformation, Chibiusa held up her hand as a stream of pink stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them light pink. As she spun around, the crescent moon symbol on her forehead emitted beams of pink light, and she circled around a spinning glowing pink heart with crescent moons of the same color surrounding it before they eventually flew off. The heart then briefly hid Chibiusa from view, before her tiara and earrings were revealed. Her odango covers appeared from multicolored light one by one, the light vanishing in flurries of hearts; then her barrettes were added in the same manner. Multicolored light beams alighted at her fingertips and were then replaced by glowing pink hearts that wrapped around her hands and moved up her arms, forming her gloves before the hearts vanished at her elbows in a flurry of crescent moons. Another heart wrapped around her body and moved from her neck down to the feet, forming her leotard, then split into two hearts to form her boots before vanishing in a flurry of many smaller hearts, as Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon spun around. Another glowing pink heart appeared at her chest and emitted pink beams of light; the heart then turned into the front bow and brooch at the same time her choker appeared. Her sailor collar, belt, skirt, and back bow appeared, and she lifted up her right arm with the other bent over her head to hold it at the elbow, as multicolored energy rushed up around her from a crescent moon at her feet. In a flash of light, she assumed her final pose and gave her introductory speech.
