Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon 12 was the twelfth volume of the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon television series, and was available in both DVD and VHS format. The DVD version also included part four of a special "Oshiokiyo" omake as an extra, in which all five of the Senshi actresses participated in a discussion with Nobuhiro Suzumura.
