Rainbow Moon Heart Ache was an upgrade to Moon Spiral Heart Attack. The attack was performed similarly, but it was more powerful and Sailor Moon could only use it while in Super form.
Daimons destroyed by this attack cried out "Love-lovely!".
In the manga, musicals, and video game Sailor Moon: Another Story, there was a version of this attack performed by Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon together, called Rainbow Double Moon Heartache (レインボー・ダブル・ムーン・ハートエイク／虹色双月心激).
This attack was also used in the video game Sailor Moon S for the 3DO.
