Rumi Kasahara (笠原留美), nicknamed "Ruumii" (るーみぃ), born March 8, 1970, in Itoigawa, Niigata, Japan, is a voice actress who played Ptilol in the S season of the Sailor Moon anime, and Berthier in Sailor Moon Crystal. Her other anime roles include Nina Kirov in Debutante Detective Corps, Pixy Misa in Pretty Sammy, Kanako Mita in Princess Nine, and Lemmy Miyauchi in To Heart.
