Sailor Special Garlic Attack was a technique used by the Sailor Team on one occasion in the anime, in the Sailor Moon SuperS Special "Chibiusa's Adventure! The Dreaded Vampire Castle."

Having consumed a large amount of Korean barbecue the previous night, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus used the Sailor Special Garlic Attack - which simply consisted of exhaling their garlic breath - against Lyrica Hubert's vampire Lemures form. They succeeded in immobilizing the monster long enough for Sailor Moon to destroy her using Moon Gorgeous Meditation.
