'''''Shiho Niiyama''''' (新山志保), born March 21, 1970, in Matsuyama, Ehime, [[Japan]], was a voice actress who played [[Kou Seiya]]/[[Sailor Star Fighter]] in the [[Sailor Moon Sailor Stars|Stars season]] and [[Fuyumi Akiyama]] in the [[Sailor Moon SuperS|SuperS season]] of the [[Sailor Moon (anime)|''Sailor Moon'' anime]]. Some of her anime roles included Deedlit in ''Record of Lodoss War'', Momiji Kagariya in ''Starship Girl Yamamoto Yohko'', Rie Shibusawa in ''Battle Skipper'', and Suou Takamura in ''Clamp School Detectives''.

Shiho Niiyama was diagnosed with leukemia in 1998, and died of internal bleeding following pneumonia in Shinjuku-ku, [[Tokyo]], Japan, on February 7, 2000, at the age of 29.
