Shine Aqua Illusion was the third attack used by Sailor Mercury in the anime and manga, and her second attack in the live-action series.
Sequence Details
Anime
Droplets of water spun around Sailor Mercury, who then collected them in her hands, sending the water forward toward the enemy. Besides damaging an enemy, this attack was also used to freeze them in a block of ice, giving Sailor Moon or another Senshi time to attack.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon
Sailor Mercury crossed her hands in front of herself, then lifted her left hand in the air while the other was held out at her side. She then lowered her left arm while lifting the right as she called out the name of the attack. She quickly pulled her arms in, then pointed her right hand at her target and lifted her left, firing off the attack.

- This attack was originally renamed "Mercury Ice Storm Blast" in the English dub, but in episode 69 of the English dub, this attack's name was retained.
