Star Power Sticks were the second transformation items used by the Inner Senshi (except Sailor Moon) in the anime and manga. They were given to the Senshi by Luna. Luna gave Star Power Sticks to Rei, Makoto and Minako. It's unknown if Star Power Sticks are upgraded Transformation Pens, because it has not been shown in the Anime.
