The faint idling of an engine draws everyone's attention to outside, where they see Minako being dropped off by [[Tiger's Eye|a man on a motorcycle]] who better fits Diana's description, as he has long, blonde hair and looks like a delinquent. Usagi and Chibiusa in unison declare the man out there isn't the boyfriend they saw the other day, thus confirming Artemis's suspicions. Before he can elaborate further, Minako makes her energetic entrance. Chibiusa asks her about the man she was just with, "Mr. Torajima," who Minako explains is a roadie aspiring to become a rock musician. She recalls how they first met at a club, then goes on to say it's a crime to be as beautiful as herself.

After a moment of awkward silence at that statement, Usagi inquires about the much different man Minako was with the other day. When everyone accuses her of two-timing, Minako drowns them out with her loud enthusiasm about both men, much to the annoyance of Artemis. He becomes even more annoyed when Diana asks about two-timing, a topic which he believes someone her age shouldn't yet know about.

The next day, Minako arrives for her date with Mr. Takano to find that Mr. Torajima is there as well, and she remembers that she scheduled a date with him too on this exact day. Usagi and the girls are shocked to find out that Minako is dating two boys at the same time, but little does anyone realise that her suitors are Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye.

Summary[edit]

As Chibiusa and Mamoru are heading into town to go shopping, Usagi catches up to them, angry because Mamoru had promised to see a movie with her. The girls' argument breaks up when they notice Minako passing by with a handsome looking man with short pink hair. Usagi vows to tell the rest of her friends about Minako's date.

At the Fruits Parlor Crown, Rei and Makoto are upset they have fallen behind Minako in getting a date. Ami and Luna attempt in vain to console the two. A worried Artemis asks Usagi and Chibiusa about the man they saw Minako with. Chibiusa describes him, though Diana interjects with traits quite different from what they saw, asking if he had long hair and looked a bit on the bad side.

The faint idling of an engine draws everyone's attention to outside, where they see Minako being dropped off by a man on a motorcycle who better fits Diana's description, as he has long, blonde hair and looks like a delinquent.

Minako says he is "Mr. Takano," a student at an art college who told her she brings out his desire for creation and asked her to be a model for his art. When everyone accuses her of two-timing, Minako drowns them out with her loud enthusiasm about both men, much to the annoyance of Artemis. He becomes even more annoyed when Diana asks about two-timing, a topic which he believes someone her age shouldn't yet know about.

Elsewhere, Mr. Torajima and Mr. Takano meet and shed their disguises at the Amazon Cafe Bar, unveiling themselves as Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye, respectively. Their update on their progress in charming Minako turns into a heated argument revealing that the whole thing is a race between the two, with the one able to seduce and obtain their target's Dream Mirror first getting to stay with the Amazon Trio, while the loser has to leave.

In her room, Minako is deciding on what to wear for her date when Artemis scolds her for neglecting her duties in favor of romance, especially since they still know so little about the identities of the enemy or Pegasus. She ignores him, though, prompting him leave the room in frustration. In her own room, Chibiusa consults Pegasus about the two-timing dilemma Minako had put herself in and whether it's possible to love two people at once, questioning if there's more than one red string of fate in life. Pegasus replies that there is only one, but to find it takes time and experience.

The next day, Minako arrives for her date with Mr. Takano to find that Mr. Torajima is there as well, and she remembers that she scheduled a date with him too on this exact day. Unable to decide between the two and break both promises she made, Minako devises a plan to see both men at the same time by taking them in different directions across Juuban, rushing from one place to the other to keep up the pretense. Eventually Minako tires herself out, and the others, who have been watching in secret the entire time, come out of hiding and urge her to be honest with her dates.

Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye meet up in the park in their civilian disguises and stage a fight with one another, setting the scene for Minako to show up and choose between them. Despite the pressure from both sides, she decides that she can't pick just one. This enrages both Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye, who remove their disguises and call the competition off due to their target's indecisiveness. The two work together to bind Minako and look into her Dream Mirror, only to find no sign of Pegasus.

Before Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye can get rid of Minako and her Dream Mirror, the rest of the transformed Inner Senshi and Sailor Chibi Moon show up to thwart them. They summon their Lemures Gittanko and Bakkonko to deal with the Sailor Team, who are flung high into the sky with the Lemures' see-saw and dealt a crushing blow mid-air, leaving them stunned.
