Takaya Hashi

Takaya Hashi (土師孝也), real name Takaya Katō (加藤孝也) born September 8, 1952, Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese voice actor who played some minor roles in the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Isami Kondo in Peacemaker and Kou-ou in Twelve Kingdoms.
