::Hmm. Alex Glover's translation has "''Long ago, there were shining stars that came here like you, as perfect star forms. In my breast I held the cast-off shell of a small star. That star, too, carried strong brilliance like yours, Sailor Moon.''" The Mixx manga has "''Long ago, a shining star came here. She was carrying a small star's shell. That star had a shine similar to yours, Sailor Moon.''" And from the pictures there, I'm getting the impression that, if said star was born from ''anyone'' it was born from Queen Serenity - that QS was the one who visited the cauldron and either brought the star or obtained it in the cauldron and then left. Was it ever stated directly that this was a Sailor Crystal, or what kind of crystal it was, or was it simply unexplained? Also where does "cosmos crystal" comes from anyway, in my French edition of the manga I only seed Guardian Cosmos talking about "Cosmos Seed" and she does not really specify what type of crystal she's talking about. --[[User:Sailorsimon|Sailorsimon]] 19:54, 26 March 2012 (MST)

"a Sailor Crystal much like Sailor Moon's had been born from her and was cast off" ^ Does anyone else think 'born from her' is a weird phrase? --Sakky 20:06, 26 February 2007 (MST)

Not particularly, no. Kerochan no Miko 06:15, 27 February 2007 (MST)
I'm not even sure that statement is correct. The "cast-off shell of a star" is probably referring to Queen Serenity, since a picture of her is shown when the line is spoken. I thought she said it came to the cauldron, not was born from her. Yumecosmos 02:45, 16 March 2008 (MST)

Crystal, Star Seed, or Sailor Crystal

Was it ever stated directly that this was a Sailor Crystal, or what kind of crystal it was, or was it simply unexplained? Also where does "cosmos crystal" comes from anyway, in my French edition of the manga I only seed Guardian Cosmos talking about "Cosmos Seed" and she does not really specify what type of crystal she's talking about. --Sailorsimon 19:54, 26 March 2012 (MST)
