Apparently "Deke" was the nickname that Louis M. Heyward had, which is what DiC Entertainment is named after. ~ Fighter4luv 06:29, 1 October 2007 (MST)

Sorry for my late reply. The infromation was found on IMDB in the Trivia section of Andy Heyward's profile: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0382375/bio
IMDB's trivia is user-submitted. Need a real source. Kerochan no Miko 07:15, 7 June 2008 (MST)

Cookie Jar

DiC has merged and is now known as Cookie Jar, so now they have become one mega huge cartoon making company! (as of June 20, 2008) ~ Fighter4luv 20:43, 28 January 2009 (MST)

Why not adding this info bit into the article, then? ^^ --210 22:02, 28 January 2009 (MST)
I prefer to discuss first, in case a certain someone gets angry. ^_^ ~ Fighter4luv 19:42, 29 January 2009 (MST)

Movies

Where is the source for the information that DiC dubbed the movies? I haven't been able to find any indication that they were involved at all. Kerochan no Miko 21:14, 8 February 2012 (MST)

Suggest Move to "DiC Entertainment"

"DiC Entertainment" was the company's official name. "DiC" is an abbreviation. I feel is is absolutely necessary to change the page's name to reflect the company's official name. HalloweenPistol13 22:41, 12 February 2012 (MST)

Disagree. DiC has had a number of different "official" names, such as DiC Entertainment, DiC Enterprises, The Incredible World of DiC, and so on and so forth. I don't see a need to pick one of those names and change this article to that, especially when the company no longer actually exists as such. Kerochan no Miko 04:22, 13 February 2012 (MST)
