[1] Pluto is no longer a planet. Elanorea 08:33, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- I believe fans would be rather unwilling to call Setsuna-san a "dwarf senshi", though... --Rosen 08:36, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- Yeah, 'cause there's nothing small about the BAK when she whaps you upside the head with it... Kerochan no Miko 09:49, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- Chibi Moon is the 'dwarf senshi' :) Hey will dwarf planet in Japanese be chibi no sei? That's kind of cute. GracieLizzie 10:45, 24 August 2006 (MST)

- That's not going to change my opinion about Pluto. It'll simply be "grandfathered" in as a planet as far as I'm concerned. -- DENelson83 09:57, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- Nemesis isn't a real planet either. It's worth alluding to in the article I suppose, but whatever force is responsible for determining which celestial bodies have Star Seeds and which don't... I'm pretty sure it isn't the IAU. dooky 11:14, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- So it doesn't matter as far as the Sailormoon universe is concerned, where, theoretically, even an asteroid could have a Sailor Senshi. 210 17:57, 24 August 2006 (MST)
- The thing is... Pluto is a planet in the context of the series (hence, Pluto Planet Power). We shouldn't get so caught up in this latest ruling that we forget that in the Sailor Moon universe, Pluto is classed as a planet. dooky 18:36, 24 August 2006 (MST)

^ Well, a "dwarf planet" is also a kind of planet (recalling my days of studying ancient Chinese philosophy lol), even tho yeah, I've forgotten "Pluto Planet Power." BTW, kudos to the IAU for coming up w/ such term by retaining the word "planet." 210 22:05, 24 August 2006 (MST)
Edit conflict
Dooky, I wonder why it didn't happen since you edited it before me. ?_? 210 00:02, 25 August 2006 (MST)
Comma
Dosei, personally I also think that the comma is optional - it's grammatically correct w/o it. I added it only after I've seen the other outer planet articles have it, for consistency's sake. Actually we had a discussion about this in the early days: Dooky argued that its unnecessary, Kerochan pointed out that it's a good practice to have it (she does put it in the articles she writes/edits), & I, as a non-native English user, was neutral. I do use more commas before the "and" since then lol, partially for consistency among articles. --210 06:13, 13 March 2007 (MST)
- It's grammatically correct, but I personally always add the Oxford comma because I think it makes things clearer. Kerochan no Miko 07:05, 13 March 2007 (MST)
- 210, I know the rules of the comma. Thanks. Yeah, it's consistant to have it with other articles, fine, but good job staying neutral by adding it. Do you even know what neutral means? kthxbai Dosei No Senshi 05:27, 17 March 2007 (MST)
- I said I was neutral in the discussion btn Dooky & Kerochan about whether to use a comma before the "and" word, & that was in a purely grammatical/writing style sense, & I think I'm still being so. I added back the comma into the article NOT because I thought it's grammatically incorrect/bad writing style w/o it. --210 21:15, 17 March 2007 (MST)
- Oh, & just in case you didn't notice & suspect my neutrality about this, I didn't revert your edit after you deleted the comma I added. Instead, I deleted all the commas under the same situation in all the other outer planet articles. It's Kerochan who added all of them back, & she's stated her reason above. You might ask why I didn't do that (deleting the commas in the other articles instead of adding it into this one) in the 1st place, & my answer is: laziness lol. I did do that after I'd seen you deleted my comma here & your edit note, & this actually shows my respect to your view regarding this! ^^; --210 21:54, 17 March 2007 (MST)
