Tanjou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady (Kaiteiban) - Wakusei Nemesis no Nazo was the Kaiteiban (revision) of the previous Black Lady musical, and accordingly had some character and plot changes. It followed the R storyline of the manga with some character additions, most notably the inclusion of the Outer Senshi.

This was the first musical for Manami Wakayama, the final musical of Ayano Sugimoto and the only musical in which Aisha Yamamoto and Shion Nakamaru appeared.

Of the musicals which had plots corresponding to a particular season of the anime, this was the only one to include all of the main villains from that anime arc.
