- This was the first (and only) instance of Sailor Mercury using the Double Sabão Spray Freezing attack.
- All the scenes of Esmeraude in her bathtub were deleted in the first English dub and the Korean dub, although she was still shown in her bathrobe when she summoned Mistrust.
- The Sailor Says segment with this episode was previously played with "Last Resort."
- In the original Viz Media release of the DVD set including this episode, it had audio syncing problems, forcing the company to produce a new disc to fix the problem.
- The first English dub added a shot of Serena's house at the beginning of the episode.
