PallaPalla's magic causes Usagi and Chibiusa to switch ages, turning Usagi into a child and Chibiusa into a teenager. While Chibiusa is thrilled with her new body, she is distressed to discover that she can no longer call Pegasus.

- Helios and Chibiusa kissed for the first time in this episode.
- This episode was partially based on two chapters of the manga where Usagi and Chibiusa switched ages, though events played out differently in the two stories.
- When Chibiusa returned to her real age, "Watashi-tachi ni Naritakute" was playing in the background. In the English dub, the song was translated into English; this version is referred to as "Here in my Heart" by fans. In the Spanish dub the song was replaced with "Tuxedo Mirage." In the French and Hebrew dubs it was replaced with an instrumental version of the song. In the Korean dub the song was replaced with regular background music. In the Catalan dub, the song was replaced with a version translated into Catalan.
