Toby Proctor

Toby Proctor is a Canadian voice actor who voiced Darien/Tuxedo Mask in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime, a role he shared with Rino Romano and Vincent Corazza. His other roles include Alex "Flash" Gordon in Flash Gordon TV and Copycat Ken in Ranma ½.
