Tomoko Inami (藺波知子) is the seventh actress to play Michiru Kaiou/Sailor Neptune and the first actress to play Mistress 9 in the Sailor Moon Musicals. She was first cast as Mistress 9 in Mugen Gakuen - Mistress Labyrinth, and replaced Yuuka Asami as Sailor Neptune in the revision. Her final show was Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin in 2004.

Since leaving the Sailor Moon Musicals, Tomoko has performed in several other stage productions and various TV shows.
