Tracey Moore, born January 16, 1962, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a voice actress who voiced Serena in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. She shared this role with Terri Hawkes and Linda Ballantyne. She was also an ADR Director for the episodes 1-11, 15, 21, 33 and 34 in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime.
