Twin Dark were Codename: Sailor V-only characters. They were an idol group made up of two twin girls, and were very popular with teenage boys, including Minako's classmate Amano.
In truth, they were part of Fluorite's plot to steal energy using idols made of clones. When Sailor V showed up to disrupt their concert, she destroyed all the clones with her Crescent Beam.
