Twinkle Yell was the phrase Super Sailor Chibi Moon would call out to summon Pegasus using the Crystal Carillon, which allowed Super Sailor Moon to perform her attack Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Although this command was not necessarily an attack, it did create a light which seemed to disorient enemies and distract them, as shown in episode 162.

In some video games, such as Sailor Moon SuperS - Various Emotion, Twinkle Yell was used as an offensive attack. In those games, Sailor Chibi Moon would call Pegasus as she normally would, and then Pegasus attacked the opponent with beams of light.
