PLEASE NOTE: I cannot grant permission for new users to create articles or to not encounter captchas. Those are things set up to be automatically handled by the wiki once new users have met certain criteria, a measure made necessary because of issues we've had in the past with an abundance of spammers/bots. I can/will not go around it.
Also, please do not comment on my talk page about specific articles or edits - those discussions should take place on the talk pages for the articles in question. Thank you!
Question about photos[edit]
The Sailor Moon Cosmos movies are now released on DVD and Blue-ray. The castle and planet articles have always looked bland due to their lack of images. Is there any possibility to add pictures to them?
- I think I will leave that to you. I don't have any of those images and I don't need another dispute right now. Tommy (talk) 05:24, 23 December 2023 (EST)
- I don't have any of those images either, and I'm not sure why you expect me to 1) have them and 2) have the time to add images to multiple articles right now. Kerochan no Miko (talk) 10:40, 23 December 2023 (EST)
Tricked-out[edit]
Hi, funny you should ask! I’ve had these half-written summaries sitting on a document for years, and that "tricked-out" part kept bugging me as I was trying to finish this one over the holidays. I checked and none of the definitions I found fit the description of photograph manipulation. I even highlighted that part as a reminder, but I forgot to change it while I was actually editing the article...
So yeah, I can't remember for sure, but I probably picked up the expression somewhere and didn't check the proper meaning before actually using it. It's happened to me before, but hey at least this time it wasn't during an important test or something. ^^;; Silver (talk) 06:47, 1 April 2024 (EDT)
- Well, now I'm really curious to know where I got it from because, academic fails aside, I'm usually very careful about what I put online at least. Maybe I read the expression in a classic book or something. I try to write neutrally, but my English is normally a bizarre combination of stan Twitter terms and vocabulary from movies about the landed gentry...
- Hmm, South American friend, uh? Ah, it must be the C-palabra, a classic. I've even seen a map somewhere about where it's okay to use it. Silver (talk) 01:28, 5 April 2024 (EDT)
