Can I make a page for a Greek group of fandubbers named WoD? (Wings of Destiny). I have seen there are a few pages for fandub groups. This group made a Greek fandub for Specials and Movies in Greece and some episodes of Sailor Moon Crystal. The CAPTCHAs are confusing

They frequently ask things like "who is the guardian of Venus?" What does it want there? Sailor Venus? Or her civilian name Minako, or her full name Minako Aino? Nothing ever seems to work. 50.24.16.38 21:25, 9 March 2021 (EST)
