AKuryo Taisan is different

Kechochan I'm confused because of the Akuryo Taisan article. It says that the attack was esentially the same in both manga and anime, but in fact in the manga Rei uses an ofuda to perform Akuryo Taisan in civilian form and as Sailor Mars she uses the same "incantation" to create fire out of her hands (Just like in PGSM or as in the anime Fire Soul attack). But in the Jadeite article it says that Sailor Mars burned him with an ofuda so I thought we should change that part, don't you think? It's just a little detail but I think is important to reflect the differences of the two parts of the attack. Sailor Moon In Spain

I wanted to tell you about the music section on the Sailor Moon in Spain page of this site. Specifically in one line it says "Some people from certain regions of Spain claim that they heard the episodes with a Spanish version of "Moonlight Densetsu," but nothing official was ever said about it". I'm Spanish and I've actually heard that song when I was a child, I've even created a new page on WikiMoon, Sailor Moon (Spanish theme song) but it's true that no official explanation was ever said, so I don't know anything about songwriters, singers... Do you think I should edit that part of the article? --Silver 17 13:59, 11 July 2009 (MST)

Re: Junketsu no Narcissism

Sorry, was unfamiliar with policy. It's one of my favorite songs from the musicals and I hate seeing it butchered so often because people are literal in the romanization of the name and re-translation. Didn't mean to be a pest about it, just thought that changing the in-article text and asking for the regular title to be fixed was okay, since I didn't know how to change the article title. I'm kinda still getting used to wiki commands. --princessnekosama July 5, 2009

Morning Moon

Hi! That was my work. :) I just got started working on translating lyrics. I haven't posted them anywhere but here. --kyonpy June 22, 2009

Re;Re;Deleted Section

First of all, I'm sorry for my rudeness, everything I said was kind of a cry from the heart, but putting that aside first; okay, I'll put those games-only attacks in the articles belonging to those games. However, about the crescent moon cutter attack, I have a bit of problem when you say; it's a nonmagical attack and therefore shouldn't belong to the PGSM's attack section in the Sailor Venus article for two reasons. First; crescent boomerang where Venus throw her compact at her target is a magical attack but an attack were Venus do THE EXACT SAME THING with her crescent moon cutter is not!? Sorry if I'm a little confused. Secondly stating that this attack is nonmagical is a little bit exaggerated for example; in act 12 Minako makes it appeared out of nowhere just by waving her hand, in act 16 she waits until the crescent moon cutter emit a flash of light before throwing it at her opponent and whenever she throws it, the crescent moon cutter become shiny and gloom with a powerful light, face it; the weapon is magical itself, so if she use it then automatically it's a magical attack, by logic. So, in conclusion I provide you with sufficient proofs and like I said if crescent boomerang is a magical attack then necessarily the crescent moon cutter attack is as well or at least that makes sense to me, feel free to explain your mind on that topic. However if you keep thinking that it's a nonmagical attack and therefore shouldn't be in the already mention section, then I would politely ask you to at least allow me to put a mention of it, because there isn't a single mention of the crescent moon cutter in the whole article and if I was a fan who wants to know how the compact Venus is using in PGSM is really called then my first guess would be to look into the Sailor Venus article. Thank you for your time Kerochan no Miko. --Sailorsimon March 8

Deleted Trivia

Is there a reason some of my trivia was deleted? I don't understand how talking about Mimet singing "I am Sailor Moon" isn't trivia, but Fisheye humming --"Moonlight Desentsu" is. Can I atleast get a reason for some of the removals? --Umino March 6

Manga Acts

Hello there. Why can't we have the names of the acts of the reprint manga? It's very usefull since the names were slightly changed, and 6 acts were added... Perhaps creating a new page dedicated to the Shinzōban? --Sammu 14:56, 7 September 2008 (MST)

- Well of course you are the boss... But since this is a Sailor Moon wiki, I don't see the point of only have the old manga acts. For example, i'm translating the manga deluxe and I went here to get info about the act names and i dind't find it. Had to go to a french site. Not only the names were changed, I have the Deluxe manga, Naoko mixed acts, changed names, added new ones... A small page listing those differences would help many people like me who need to know these kind of stuff... --Sammu 07:34, 8 September 2008 (MST)

Apologizes

Yes, it's Sailor Yea, IM SO SORRY. You see, I can't use wikimoon! I didn't notice your messages, and... Sorry! I don't know is this coming to right place, and I'm sorry if it is not. I also maked this, don't get mad to me about it: "It it unforgidable to use Wikimoon before reading how to use it! Dummies like me must be punished! For love and real information, pretty sailor suited soldier... Sailor Yea! In the name of the moon... You should punish me!" Well that was actually kind of self-destructive, but I really hope you remove the ban, and after that I'm going to be an angel with articles. -Sailor Yea 18:34 at GMT+2, 7.1.2009

Editing

Yea. Why I can't see the changes I have made? Is it because the information is not refreshed yet? Or is someone removed all my changes? -Sailor Yea, 17:08 , 4.2.2009

Confused?

Hello Kerochan no Miko! Thanks for the warm welcome to the project! I am still obviously getting used to the controls around here, but I hope to be of some use to the project! One question I did have is I don't understand how to join discussions on pages like the Community portal, and in fact, on a User talk page (I'm not sure I'm doing it right). How do I go about doing these things? Do I just hit edit page and put my input down? Thanks in advance! ^_^

Griffiegrrl 11:49, 24 January 2009 (MST)Griffie

Thanks, I already figured out how to check what changes were made to my edits, and it helps me to learn. (Don't worry I won't take offence! Hehe.) Thanks again for the information. ^_^ Griffiegrrl 12:41, 24 January 2009 (MST)

Hello, I have another question for you. :) Is there a page that lists recently changed/added articles? The reason I ask is that you and user 210 (especially him) go and copyedit my contributions very soon after I post them, and I thought it was impossible for him to find them so fast! Is the answer just that both of you have every single article watched, or what? If there is such a page that has a list of recently edited articles may I know of it? I think it would be useful. Thanks again! Griffie 21:18, 25 January 2009 (MST)

Strike that, I've answered my own question. Sorry for bothering you! :) Griffie 21:35, 25 January 2009 (MST)

So I'm tad confused. I know that once a link in in an article, if that item is repeated in the article the link does not need to be repeated. However I know that episode boxes etc. Are considered as seperate entities. I also thought perhaps the different headings were treated the same way, because on some pages I see repeated linkings only under different headings (Such as the entry for Haruka Tenoh: Michiru is linked to under both the Relationships and the Trivia heading). Which is the correct style? Thanks! Griffie 15:56, 28 January 2009 (MST)

So, basically there are three different entities: The main article (which has seprate sub-sections), the box(es), and the trivia section. I think I have it now. I just wanted to make sure which sections constituted as seperate entities so I don't mess up links. ;D Griffie 16:04, 28 January 2009 (MST)

Hello

I see you reverted some of the edits I made regarding the voice actors and I understood what you meant in your summaries.

I would like to ask, however, if I could make definitive lists in the voice actor articles in section format.

Example:

==Voice talents in other works==

  • 'character name' ('anime/game/cartoon name')
  • 'character name' ('anime/game/cartoon name')
  • 'character name' ('anime/game/cartoon name')

I thought this way we could avoid the clutter in the top paragraph and make it in list form while adding more roles. But if you don't like the idea, I understand. --FlyingPochama948 02:17, 7 May 2009 (MST)

Warm Fuzzies

Thanks

It's been a while since I've been on this site actively... I was looking back at the confusion we had over the Bandai page, and I wanted to say thank you for being insistent with me about the toy thing :3. I realize now that I was getting a little carried away and there are other more important things on this site to work on first. I really do appreciate the fact that you let us have a seperate toys page though. Like I've said elsewhere, it'd be awesome if wikimoon was the definitive source for everything eventually haha. Big dreams I know... Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you and that you make a great sysop :D. I'll try to make more contributions in future. --Diagnosed 03:44, 12 December 2008 (MST) Gah... forgot to preview ><. Thanks for your patience with me! --Diagnosed 03:47, 12 December 2008 (MST)

Uh, do the newer comments have to be typed on top, like an "update"? If not, feel free to move this. Anyway, thankyou so much for being so patient with me. I've been absent from the site for a year and forgot what little I learned about both wikipedia and wikimoon, I kept making mistakes. I hope I will grow to be a more responsible editor in the future, if you continue to keep me in line! ^^ I didn't even see the welcome you had given me in my talk page till just now, so thank you for that (even if the thanks were delayed a year). Thank you also for editing my text in the Nehellenia page, it reads so much better now! Oh! and I also found out how to do the '~' symbol now: its ALT plus 126, at least in my keyboard.:)CosmicUsagi 23:09, 30 April 2008 (MST)

(I hope I posted where it has to be >.>) Arigatou 4 welcoming ^^ Sailor R

Ah ok, thanks for the "lesson" :D Hombre latino

Thank you for a few edits on my misinformation. I appreciate it. Kikyounokanashii

thanks for the welcome......!! just a question for the Sailor Moon Fandom article.. there's no fanart section/links.. cant put one..?(sorry.. first time in wiki and dunno where to comment so kindly remove if not appropriate in here..thanks..) -reirei18

Man, thanks for all your hard work. It seems like you fix any mistakes I make about five minutes after I make them. Or less. (P.S. Which is clearly necessary, seeing as how I made a mistake typing this very thank you note)--Dallbun 22:18, 9 April 2007 (MST)

thanks for editing out what i've done.. it looks more organized now... ^^ -reirei18

thanks for correcting my articles, since I'm not a native speaker I always assume some common mistakes... but I hope to master it one day ^_^--StarFighter 00:59, 22 July 2006 (MST)

Me too! ^^ 210 03:13, 22 July 2006 (MST)

Much appreciation for the image editing.--WikiSysop 00:57, 7 August 2006 (MST)

Your selection of photos for the PGSM actors/actresses is great! Especially the one of Shibue w/ rose. So thoughtful! 210 04:17, 7 August 2006 (MST)

Thanks a bunch for copyediting all my Stars summaries. I seem to be unable to edit my own stuff effectively.--Sakky 20:28, 8 October 2006 (MST)

Nobody can effectively copyedit their own stuff - your eyes just kind of drift over mistakes that you've made, for some reason. I'm obsessive about stuff like that and I still make stupid mistakes. ^_^; But anyway, it gives me something to do when I'm bored. Glad someone appreciates it. Kerochan no Miko 21:55, 8 October 2006 (MST)
Can I ask a quick question? It's another Wiki thing I don't know. If someone does something and you want to "revert" it, how do you do that? Do you just go to an older version and copy and paste how it was or is there a wiki-way of doing it?--Sakky 21:05, 11 October 2006 (MST)

Thanks so much for improving my edit. I'm terrible with Wiki's codings and such. You're like a fairy with a magic wand of editing! Joyananda Gi 15:38, 28 September 2007 (MST)

Thanks for letting me know!! Joyananda Gi 16:34, 28 September 2007 (MST)

Thank you very much for fixing up all of the very minor edits I make on costume changes. LOL. I'm very anal about correctness :D WaterKnight 16:19, 17 December 2007 (MST)

Thanks for fixing up the links to Sailor Moon flowers for me.. I thought that I had more time to fix things than I had, and when I came back, you'd finished it for me. I don't know what I'll do with the lyrics - I just feel more comfortable transcribing, even if it's slightly in error sometimes. That, and if I specifically copied something off a website, I'd feel the uncontrollable urge to cite it.  ;) -Malkinann 04:40, 8 December 2007 (MST)

Thank you for fixing the chapter summary of chapter 51. I was watching the episode at the time, and I saw there was no summary on the page, so I decided to write it. I'm not a English-speaker, so, even with the dictionary and subtitles helping me, some errors may appear. And I wrote the summary the way I learned reading on Heroes.Wiki page, and, of course, this is another site and I should have read the guide first, I'm sorry. Again, thank you for fixing it, and thank you for the welcome. I'll be more careful the next time. Scarlet Girl 17:17, July 16 2008 (MST).

Congrats

on creating the 2000th article ^^. Elanorea 11:26, 28 January 2007 (MST)

Thanks - it was a close competition for a little while there. ^_^ Kerochan no Miko 11:52, 28 January 2007 (MST)
So you two were competing for the title? lol Anyway, congrats for ushering this place into its 2nd "millennium". --210 21:42, 28 January 2007 (MST)
