Venus Power, Make Up is the first chant used by Minako Aino to transform into Sailor Venus in both the anime and manga. Firstly, Minako takes her henshin stick. Minako is next seen naked (mildly detailed) as she twirls her henshin stick around her body. Long banners of golden stars emit from her henshin stick and swirl around Minako's body, eventually forming a neet spiral. The stars sink to the ground, but then rush upwards again, completely covering Minako's body. Sailor venus is next seen with her full outfit equipped, finshing her transformation with her classic pose.
Note
Minako's transformation in PGSM is more elaborate and detailed than even Usagi's, involving gymnastics and ballet to create her Sailor Senshi outfit. This is most probably because of Sailor Venus' role as leader of the Sailor Senshi (after Sailor Moon of course).
