Wan-Wan was a Codename: Sailor V-only character. He was the older brother of Nyan-Nyan, and sought to get revenge on Sailor V for killing her. As part of his plan, he disguised himself as a small black dog who was adopted by Marie Buraidaru, who dubbed "her" Luna-chan. When Wan-Wan dropped his disguise and attacked, he was destroyed by Sailor V.

- The kanji "王" in his name literally translates as "king," but is pronounced as it would be in Chinese. This creates a pun, as "Wan-Wan" is the onomatopoeia in Japan for a dog's barking sound.
