Yoko Ishida (石田燿子), born October 7, 1973, in Niigata, Japan, is a singer who performed several songs for the Sailor Moon anime. "Otome no Policy" was her debut single, and she went on to perform theme songs for other anime series, including Pretear, Ai Yori Aoshi, and Sugar: A Little Snow Fairy, for which she performed a Japanese remake of the Rubettes song "Sugar Baby Love." She was best known for her Para Para anime song medley series at the turn of the century, and "Sugar Baby Love" pushed her career to another peak.
