Beast Hand was one of Death Phantom's special powers, and an ability he also gave to Esmeraude and Saphir. This power distorted the person's arms and hands, and gave them great strength and the ability to absorb a victim's energy through physical contact.
Esmeraude used this ability in Act 20 to strangle Chibiusa. After Sailor Moon, Sailor Venus, and Tuxedo Mask freed Chibiusa, Esmeraude grew two extra pairs of arms and turned the attack on them. Saphir developed Beast Hand in Act 24, after he started wearing Black Crystal earrings while under Wiseman’s control. Wiseman himself used the ability to kill Rubeus in Act 22.

- Wiseman gave a similar ability to Esmeraude in the musical Tanjou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady and its revision, though it appeared to be only on one hand and was never given a specific name.
