Gigaros was a Cardian released by Ail and An with the mission of gathering energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju, and specifically targeted school children on a bus. She had spiky orange hair and large white wings, and wore a toga-style outfit. She drained energy from her targets by simply touching them.
Gigaros attacked with green cyclones that could hit or sweep her opponents away, or attacked physically after extending the length of her fingernails. She also seemed to possess superhuman strength. She proved nearly immune to Sailor Venus' Crescent Beam attack, but was incapable of defending herself from Sailor Venus' Crescent Beam Shower. As she was recovering, she was defeated by Moon Princess Halation.

- Her name is a pun on "iikarosu" (イーカロス), the Japanese spelling of Icarus.
- Gigaros was changed to be male in the English dub. His name in the English dub, Vultros, is a pun on the word "vulture." When Vultros was defeated in the dub, he shouted "I feel disintegrated!".
- Gigaros could only repeat her name in the original version, but in the English dub, he was capable of speech.
