The Heart Moon Brooch was the brooch that Usagi Tsukino used, along with a nameless lipstick, to transform into Sailor Moon in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She would activate it with the phrase Moon Prism Power, Make Up.

- The brooch resembled the Cosmic Heart Compact, the transformation item Usagi used in the Infinity arc of the manga and S season of the anime.
