Kathy Laskey
Kathy Laskey is a voice actress who played Bertie in the first English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other voice roles include Edna in Yin! Yang! Yo!, and she has played several live-action roles as well, such as Roberta Thorpe in Blue Murder and Barb Strange in Being Erica.
