Melissa Hutchison

Melissa Hutchison, born October 24, 1975, in Springfield, Michigan, is an actress who plays Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter in the Viz English dub of the Sailor Moon anime and Sailor Moon Crystal. Her other dub roles include Chise in She, the Ultimate Weapon and Katie in Yo-Kai Watch, and she provided the voice of Ashe in the video game League of Legends.
