Michelle Ruff

Michelle Ruff, born September 22, 1967, in Los Angeles, California, is an actress who plays Luna in the Viz English dub of the Sailor Moon anime and Sailor Moon Crystal. Her other dub roles include Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach, Kotori Monou in X, Chii in Chobits, and Euphemia Li Britannia in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
