Miho Shimogasa
Miho Shimogasa (下笠美穂) was an animation director for the Sailor Moon SuperS and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars seasons of the anime. Notable episodes featuring her animation direction include the end of the Queen Nehellenia arc, the first appearance of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, and the first appearance of Princess Kakyuu.
