Nakayoshi (なかよし; also romanized as Nakayosi; meaning "close friend" (仲良し)), is a manga magazine in which Codename: Sailor V first appeared, and in which the Sailor Moon manga was serialized from Februrary 1992 to March 1997. Most of Naoko Takeuchi's other works also appeared in Nakayoshi, which has a target audience of elementary and junior high school girls. Nakayoshi is also where many other famous shoujo and magical girl works have run, including Cardcaptor Sakura, Tokyo Mew Mew, Sugar Sugar Rune, and Miracle Girls.

Nakayoshi had a now defunct sister magazine called RunRun in which Codename: Sailor V ran sporadically after its (originally intended as a one-shot) debut in Nakayoshi during the run of the Sailor Moon manga. Nakayoshi and RunRun magazines made sporadic cameos throughout both the Sailor Moon anime and manga.

The Bandai-made video game Panic in Nakayoshi World featured characters from several Nakayoshi manga series, including Sailor Moon.
