The Orgel was a star-shaped locket which Princess Serenity gave to Prince Endymion in the Silver Millennium, and a similar locket which Tuxedo Mask possessed in the present.
The Orgel would play an instrumental version of "Moonlight Densetsu" when it was opened. Tuxedo Mask dropped it in episode 26, and Sailor Moon retrieved it. When Endymion was brainwashed by Queen Beryl, Sailor Moon used the Orgel to make him remember his real self.
The Orgel was inspired by a watch that Mamoru owned in the manga.
