Ron Rubin

Ron Rubin, also credited as Ron Ruben, born May 12, 1959, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is a voice actor who played Artemis in the first English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. His other roles include Sydney Jones/Morph in X-Men: The Animated Series (1992) and Raticus/Rod in Flying Rhino Junior High.
