RunRun

RunRun (るんるん) was a sister manga magazine to Nakayoshi which ended its circulation run in 1998. Issues of the magazine were released every other month. New manga series would often appear in RunRun and then later move to Nakayoshi. Codename: Sailor V appeared for a while in this magazine.

Nakayoshi and RunRun magazines made sporadic cameos throughout both the Sailor Moon anime and manga. In anime episode 152, Usagi became excited because the new issue of RanRan was out, which might also have been a reference to the real-life magazine.
