Sailor Amuse was created when Sailor Lead Crow removed Takeo Shiro's Star Seed. His Star Seed quickly turned black, and he turned into a Phage based on his identity as the owner of an amusement park. Sailor Amuse wore a clown costume, and fired balloon-like missiles towards his opponents.
