Sailor Leaguer was a Phage created when Sailor Lead Crow removed Sonoko Ijuuin's Star Seed. She wore a costume based on a softball uniform which was also decorated with softballs.
When rain forced a break during the softball game at Juuban Municipal High School, Sailor Lead Crow found Sonoko outside the school and attacked her, removing the girl's Star Seed. It turned out to be a blank, however, and she turned into a Phage. When Sailor Moon arrived, Sailor Leaguer threw a bat at the Sailor Senshi and then began pelting her with fastballs. Sailor Moon managed to dodge most of the balls, and even hit one of them back, striking the Phage in the head and stunning her.
After Sailor Moon received a power-up from Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, she then used Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss to turn Sailor Leaguer back to normal.
