The Stallion Rêve was an anime-only item used by Chibiusa to communicate with Pegasus, which he gave to her in episode 135. When Pegasus wished to speak to Chibiusa, the ball at the top would disappear, replaced by a glowing pink orb with a small image of Pegasus inside.
