Talk:Parallel Sailor Moon

15 years? I thought the time frame was never specified? Plus given that it seems Hotaru has aged from 12 to 15 or so 15 years seems far too long. GracieLizzie 02:22, 6 June 2006 (MST)

Hotaru and Kousagi[edit]

For the above note on Hotaru's age, it is seen in the SuperS-StarS series that after her rebirth, due to her will to fight with Chibiusa, Hotaru's body can only age with Chibiusa. When 30th Century's Chibiusa went home, Hotaru stopped aging, until after "her timeline's" Chibiusa could catch up. So if "Parallel" Chibiusa is 15, then Hotaru's body age is also 15. But if you do the math starting from the year that StarS ended (1997), Hotaru should be about 28, chronologically. She was never supposed to awaken to begin with, so this all works out. Talk about a good friend, eh? ^_~

...where was that seen? I'd never heard that Hotaru was linked to Chibiusa like that... Kerochan no Miko 14:34, 20 July 2006 (MST)
I can't say for sure, but I strongly suspect this is first-degree fanon. Somebody needs to cite their sources... dooky 16:02, 20 July 2006 (MST)

Also, just want to point out that the pics from Parallel Sailor Moon are scans from the original comic, and come courtesy of the webmistress for the site Moon Sisters. A big thanks to her, and I hope to you all that the images aren't too big!

Okay, before I get into any more trouble, I want to send out a HUGE apology, for the pictures today! Nobody told me about the policies of WikiMoon's images, so if I've angered anyone, I'M SORRY!! I didn't mean to cause any trouble.

Of course, any attempts to fit this into the timeline are doomed to hilarious inconsistency from the start. It's set in 1999, so the Parallel Inners would have to be already born well before the start of the first season.... it's hard to imagine serious Ami-chan being a mother at 13, and they certainly all did a remarkable job of hiding their children away if that's the case! (Perhaps we could put a trivia note on the page about all this?) Nephrite 15:20, 15 May 2008 (MST)

It's an alternate universe setting, of course it's not intended to fit in with main continuity... (And just because it was published in 1999, that doesn't mean it was set then.) Kerochan no Miko 17:19, 15 May 2008 (MST)
