Loved and Chased! Luna's Worst Day Ever (May 26, 2006)

Do you remember the one where Luna was romanced by a fat tomcat? Loved and Chased! Luna's Worst Day Ever was the 31st episode of Sailor Moon.

Having wandered into the wrong area, Luna is chased by an army of angry cats. Just as she is cornered, an enormous blue cat comes to her rescue, scaring off the other cats and licking her injured tail. Whilst Luna is profoundly disturbed by her fat saviour, the cat's owner, a young girl called An Ohara, arrives to collect him. The giant cat's name is Rhett Butler. Zoisite observes the girl and her cat, the Black Crystal indicating that she has the last Rainbow Crystal.

Later that day, Luna is still nursing her injuries, while Usagi, Ami and Makoto meet up. Rei is absent, intent on going on a date with Mamoru, but she can only get through to his answering machine as he broods over the seventh Rainbow Crystal. Meanwhile, Ami uses her computer to predict the location of the crystal, and narrows it down to a single house.

The Golden Crystal Appears! Nehellenia's Spell (June 16, 2006)

Do you remember the one where Queen Nehellenia finally emerged from her mirror? The Golden Crystal Appears! Nehellenia's Spell was the 164th episode of Sailor Moon.

Artemis, Luna and Diana wonder about Mamoru's mysterious illness, and discuss the eclipse and what the Dead Moon could be. Luna recalls something about a black moon covering the sun, and a story about a witch sealed inside the new moon. Artemis seems to recall the story as well, and feels that Queen Serenity sealed this enemy away. He says there is no way she could have broken free.

In a flashback, the Amazoness Quartet are running through a jungle. PallaPalla falls behind, trips and begins to cry. However, the other three girls return to her. VesVes tells her not to cry and helps her up. A strange light catches their attention, and they all run over to a beam of light falling from above into a clear lake. There they find a mirror in the water. VesVes lifts it out and they examine it. Suddenly, it begins to glow and speak to them.

Usagi is Frantic! Rei's First Date (July 25, 2006)

Do you remember the one where Rei began her brief relationship with Mamoru? Usagi is Frantic! Rei's First Date was the 15th episode of Sailor Moon.

Ami takes Usagi and Rei to a park she knows, which Rei decides would be perfect for a date. They meet the caretaker, Kunitachi, who tells them the park will soon be demolished to make way for offices. Rei decides she must have a date in the park before it is closed.

While looking for the Senshi, Luna is almost hit by a truck, but is rescued by Usagi's nemesis. Usagi appears with Ami and Rei, and yells at him to get away from Luna. He responds by saying that she should take better care of her cat. Motoki steps in, and Usagi discovers that her sparring partner's name is Mamoru, and that he and Motoki go to the same college.

Consulting the stars, Nephrite chooses Kunitachi as his next victim. Meanwhile, Rei quizzes Motoki about Mamoru, deciding that she will ask Mamoru on a date...

Act 7 - He Saw Me Transforming! (November 16, 2006)

Do you remember the one where Mamoru found out that Usagi was Sailor Moon? Act 7 - He Saw Me Transforming! was the 7th episode of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Usagi is starting to wonder if she's falling in love with Tuxedo Mask. Suspecting that he might be Motoki, she accepts his invitation to go on a group date with him and a couple of his friends to the amusement park.

Usagi drags Makoto and Rei along with her, and is dismayed to find that one of Motoki's friends is Mamoru. After a day spent at the park, Usagi, Motoki, Makoto, and Mamoru go into a mirror maze together, but the four of them get separated.

Usagi and Mamoru finally run into each other in the maze and start to make their way out. However, Usagi finds out that a Youma has appeared and tries to get a distance away from Mamoru in order to transform. She doesn't get far enough away, though, and he realizes that she is Sailor Moon....

Cold Hearted Rubeus! The Four Sisters of Sorrow (December 17, 2006)


Do you remember the one where the Phantom Sisters and the Sailor Team had their final showdown? Cold Hearted Rubeus! The Four Sisters of Sorrow was the 72nd episode of Sailor Moon.

Koan and Berthier are over at the Hikawa Shrine, raking leaves and cooking sweet potatoes with the Inner Senshi and Chibiusa. Berthier comments that it is nice to have friends, since the two of them didn’t have any before. Chibiusa begins to eat a potato, and Usagi asks if she could have half. When Chibiusa eats the whole potato, Usagi gets angry and begins to chase her.

Petz and Calaveras watch their newly healed sisters from the UFO. Rubeus soon arrives, and gives Petz a rod that will increase their power. Rubeus then gives the remaining sisters an ultimatum: kill the Sailor Senshi, the "rabbit", and the two sisters, or they will not be allowed to return....

Night Between Us! Usagi's Pinch (January 15, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Seiya visited the Tsukino residence as Usagi's "bodyguard" - and was soon joined by a large crowd of other visitors, including Sailor Lead Crow and Sailor Aluminum Seiren? Night Between Us! Usagi's Pinch was the 184th episode of Sailor Moon.

Minako, Makoto, Ami, and Usagi talk about recent burglaries and other crimes in the area, which scares Usagi as she is going to be home alone that evening. Seiya appears and offers to be Usagi's bodyguard that night.

At the Tsukino residence, Luna tells Usagi that she is not certain how good an idea it is to have Seiya there that night, because men can be wild animals. Seiya arrives and Usagi shows him to her room; while she goes to get snacks he spots the photograph of Usagi and Mamoru and puts it face-down, chiding Mamoru for making Usagi sad....

Usagi's Love! The Moonlight Lights up the Galaxy (February 16, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Usagi saved Sailor Galaxia and all her friends, the very last episode which aired ten years ago this month? Usagi's Love! The Moonlight Lights up the Galaxy was the 200th episode of Sailor Moon.

Sailor Galaxia watches the light emanating from Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and angrily wonders if the Light of Hope is going to awaken. The waves of pink light abruptly change direction, and the light coalesces around Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon before exploding in a bright flash.

Usagi finds herself floating in mid-air, facing the silhouette of a winged woman with her hair in heart-shaped odango just like Chibi Chibi's. The woman says that she is the Light of Hope, and has been searching for someone who would take her in....

Crybaby Usagi's Magnificent Transformation (March 17, 2007)


Do you remember where it all started, when Usagi discovered that she was Sailor Moon, the episode which first aired fifteen years ago this month? Crybaby Usagi's Magnificent Transformation was the 1st episode of Sailor Moon.

Usagi Tsukino is a clumsy, below-average junior high student who encounters a black cat on her way to school one morning. She rescues the cat from some children and removes some band-aids from its forehead, revealing a crescent bald spot. Realising she is going to be late, Usagi leaves the cat and runs to school.

Usagi is late anyway, and is further berated for achieving yet another low test score. Her friends, Naru Osaka and Gurio Umino, mention that the mysterious heroine Sailor V has been in the news, having thwarted a jewellery store robbery. Naru says that her mother's jewellery store is having a sale, so she and Usagi decide to visit it on the way home....

Act 36 - Princess Sailor Moon Appears! (April 18, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Princess Sailor Moon appeared for the first time, and faced down Queen Beryl in a fiery battle? Act 36 - Princess Sailor Moon Appears! was the 36th episode of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Usagi Tsukino and her friends try to visit Minako at Azabu Public Hospital, but are told she isn't seeing anyone, because she is exhausted from her anemia. They leave, and Usagi is frustrated that she can't visit Minako now that she knows she is a Senshi. She is also annoyed at her friends for keeping Sailor Venus's identity a secret, although she has to admit she might have taken advantage of it.

In the Dark Kingdom, Queen Beryl is angry with Kunzite and Zoisite for interfering with her plans. She makes them vanish in a flash of light, and Jadeite is quick to apologize for his failure. Beryl is not angry with him, however, and, with a glance toward Mio, says she has other plans. She calls to Nephrite, who is lurking just around the corner, and he vows that if she will let him be by her side he will be even more loyal than before....

Act 50 Stars 8 (May 18, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Sailor Moon had to fight the other Sailor Senshi, who were being controlled by Sailor Galaxia? Act 50 Stars 8 was the 50th act of the Sailor Moon manga.

Everyone is completely stunned and shocked to see the eight Sailor Senshi of the solar system standing on the steps of Sailor Galaxia's palace. Sailor Moon sees only her friends, and crying with joy, she calls out to them. However, Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon see their bracelets as Tuxedo Mask appears from the depths of the castle's entrance.

With a sudden gasp, Sailor Moon sees him and her eyes go blank. Chibi Chibi Moon latches onto her leg, trying to stop Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon knocks Chibi Chibi Moon away and runs towards her friends, oblivious to the threat....

Invasion From Space! Seiren Comes Flying in (July 1, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Chibi Chibi, Sailor Aluminum Seiren, and Sailor Lead Crow first appeared? Invasion From Space! Seiren Comes Flying in was the 182nd episode of Sailor Moon.

Usagi drops her latest letter to Mamoru into the mailbox and wonders how he is doing. She thinks about everything that has been going on lately, and is embarassed when Seiya immediately comes to mind. She looks up at the sky and thinks about how much she misses Mamoru.

In the meantime, a small figure floats down to the ground with an umbrella, accompanied by swirls of white feathers....

Act 21 - What Did You Do to Ami? (August 1, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Ami was turned evil by Kunzite and first turned into Dark Sailor Mercury? Act 21 - What Did You Do to Ami? was the 21st episode of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Luna awakens from her nap to find that Ami has gone, leaving her alone in the Secret Base.

Elsewhere, a handful of black rose petals drift with the wind across an empty street.

Makoto walks down the street, looking uncomfortable as she remembers the moment when Usagi found out that Hina and Mamoru are engaged. Thinking about Usagi's expression at that time, she berates herself for not saying something sooner....

The Sparkling Silver Crystal! The Moon Princess Appears (September 1, 2007)


Do you remember the one where the identity of the Moon Princess was finally revealed? The Sparkling Silver Crystal! The Moon Princess Appears was the 34th episode of the Sailor Moon anime.

Sailor Venus, meeting the others for the first time, says that she is not the Moon Princess, just another warrior sent to protect her. Artemis tells them to meet tomorrow to discuss an ongoing investigation.

Zoisite and Kunzite ask Queen Beryl why they were ordered to pull back. She tells them that their ruler ordered it, and demands that Tuxedo Mask is not killed, but brought to the Dark Kingdom alive....

Chibiusa's Adventure! The Dreaded Vampire Castle (October 1, 2007)


Do you remember the one a vampire appeared at Chibiusa's school? Chibiusa's Adventure! The Dreaded Vampire Castle was the third part of a special episode of the Sailor Moon anime.

Chibiusa's class at Juuban Municipal Primary School is introduced to a new transfer student, Lilica Hubert. The boys in the class are all fascinated by the beautiful newcomer, apart from Kyuusuke, who has fallen asleep. After school, Chibiusa, Momoko, Kyuusuke, and Ishihara talk to Lilica and discover that she lives at the nearby embassy. Momoko recalls that the old building is supposed to be haunted, but Kyuusuke chastises her for scaring Lilica. Lilica becomes faint, and Ishihara agrees to walk her home.

Huge Shock for Usagi! Mamoru Declares a Breakup (November 2, 2007)


Do you remember the one where Mamoru broke up with Usagi? Huge Shock for Usagi! Mamoru Declares a Breakup was the sixty-first episode of the Sailor Moon anime.

Usagi races down the street and runs into Mamoru, who is out for a morning jog. They are delighted by the coincidental meeting, but Luna interrupts them and points out that Usagi has other things to worry about, and Usagi remembers that she was out looking for Chibiusa, who has gone missing. Concerned, Mamoru joins them in their search.

The three of them find Chibiusa sitting alone on the swings at the park, looking sad. She at first refuses to talk to them, but relents when Mamoru offers to take her home. When she takes his hand, though, he has a sudden vision of a crystal city, but when Usagi asks what the matter is, he insists it is nothing....

Act 29 Mugen 6 - Three Senshi (December 2, 2007)


Do you remember the one where the Holy Grail first appeared? Act 29 Mugen 6 - Three Senshi was the twenty-ninth act of the Sailor Moon manga.

Sailor Chibi Moon rushes up to Sailor Pluto and hugs her, stunned to see her friend again. Sailor Pluto says that she was reborn through the power of Neo-Queen Serenity, in order to fulfill her mission. Chibi Moon thinks that Pluto is stronger than before.

Sailor Moon suddenly transforms into Princess Serenity, and the three Outer Senshi kneel before her. They introduce themselves, and Pluto apologizes for their behavior before and their failure to protect the planet. She says that they were intended to protect the system from outside invaders, but when they were reborn in this time they awakened too late, and the enemy has already infiltrated the Earth. The Death Busters are from the Tau Star System, and must be defeated before they destroy the world....

Death of Uranus and Neptune? Talismans Appear (January 1, 2008)


Do you remember the one where the holders of the Talismans were revealed? Death of Uranus and Neptune? Talismans Appear was the 110th episode of Sailor Moon.

Michiru is lying on a deck chair by a large swimming pool, dreaming of standing in the sky, with white clouds and seagulls flying nearby. Haruka awakens her, and they tell each other about their dreams, concluding with the belief that they are going to find the talismans this day.

At the Witches 5 base, Eudial tries using a new computer program to precisely identify the bearers of the talismans. She takes a break and goes to her locker, but when she takes her shoes out of the locker and puts them on, she screams of pain: somebody had put a thumbtack into one of the shoes. Also, to Eudial's horror, she discovers that the locker is full of snails. She then hears her subordinates chatting behind a wall, with Mimete telling the others that Eudial screwed up again and is unfit to lead the Witches 5....

Act 18 - At Last, All Five Sailor Senshi are Together (February 2, 2008)


Do you remember the one where all five Sailor Senshi fought together for the first time? Act 18 - At Last, All Five Sailor Senshi are Together was the 18th episode of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Princess Sailor Venus chides Sailor Mars for letting the Youma get away, because it will return again later, and tells her that she isn't a strong enough Senshi as she is. Sailor Mars retorts that if Sailor Venus had been a better fighter, the Youma wouldn't have escaped in the first place, and adds that even though she's supposed to protect the Princess, she didn't know she had to be her babysitter as well. Sailor Venus replies that she doesn't need them to protect her, and storms off.

Later, Minako is sitting in a taxi when Artemis peeks out of her bag and points out that even though she's been hiding her identity, one of the Senshi now knows who she is. Minako admits that she didn't use her best judgement in that situation, and thinks about what she'd said to Sailor Mars. Artemis tells her that in this circumstances they have to be strict, but Minako looks regretful as she remarks on how she treated Sailor Mars, and the things Mars had said to her in return. Suddenly, her vision blurs, and she puts a hand to her head while Artemis calls out her name in concern.

In the Dark Kingdom, Kunzite tells Jadeite that he was supposed to gather energy, but has always lost to the Sailor Senshi. Jadeite replies that he isn't finished yet, and will definitely collect a lot of energy. Nephrite points out that they've found the Moon Princess and her Silver Crystal, all for Queen Beryl's sake. Beryl smiles at them and tells them that if they work together, they're sure to succeed. Nephrite and Jadeite bow, but Kunzite snidely remarks on how weak they are....

A Mysterious New Senshi, Sailor Pluto Appears (March 4, 2008)


Do you remember the one where Sailor Pluto appeared for the first time? A Mysterious New Senshi, Sailor Pluto Appears was the 75th episode of Sailor Moon.

Chibiusa runs through the darkness, fleeing something that terrifies her. Suddenly she is confronted by an ominous male Droid. Chibiusa asks who he is, and the Droid says that she should know that, and he will take her to her mother; he then opens his cloak, revealing a black crystal against a starry field. Chibiusa falls into darkness, then cries out to her mother as a crystal covered city is destroyed with explosions of bright light.

In the Black Moon Clan's Headquarters, Esmeraude and Saphir bow before Prince Demande, who comments on the Evil Black Crystal. Saphir doesn't understand why they are bothering with the twentieth century. Esmeraude says she will take over where Rubeus left off and promises she won't fail like him. Saphir seems unconvinced, and says he doesn't think they need to go after the Silver Crystal or "the rabbit" at all; he thinks the Evil Black Crystal is invincible. Demande summons Wiseman, who tells Saphir that until the Silver Crystal is destroyed their own crystal will not be invincible....

Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu (June 1, 2008)


Do you remember the one where the Sailor Senshi revisited Kaguya Island? Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu was the 28th Sailor Moon musical.

Outside of Juuban Municipal High School, the girls sing "Chikyuu Iro wa Salad Time," and express their delight that school is out for summer vacation. Ami, Setsuna, and Haruka bring down the mood a little, however, when they announce that everyone will be getting a special training schedule for the summer to improve their skills as Sailor Senshi. As the girls are discussing their faults which need correcting, Chibiusa and Mamoru arrive. Mamoru introduces two foreign exchange students from Sumatra, Kern and Serpen, with whom he has made arrangements for an overseas trip for their special training. Kern and Serpen say that their ancestors were people of Artuka, an ancient kingdom, of which only Kaguya Island remains. The two of them add that, recently, jewels were discovered on the island. The girls become immediately excited about the trip and rush off to get packed; once they are gone, however, Kern and Serpen exchange meaningful looks. ...

A Bright Shooting Star! Saturn and the Messiah (February 1, 2009)


Do you remember the one where Pharaoh 90 was defeated at last, through the efforts of Sailor Saturn and the true Messiah? A Bright Shooting Star! Saturn and the Messiah was the 125th episode of Sailor Moon.

Mistress 9 declares that Hotaru is now dead, and that now all she needs is the Holy Grail in order to summon Pharaoh 90. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune both attack her with the intention of destroying her before that can happen, but Sailor Moon jumps in the way and is hit by both attacks.

Mistress 9 captures both of them and says that she will kill them unless she is given the Holy Grail. Even though Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune insist that she not give it up, Sailor Moon summons the Grail. Professor Tomoe staggers out of the darkness toward Mistress 9, calling out to Hotaru. Mistress 9 is disgusted by him and attacks, strangling him with her hair as Sailor Moon weeps and begs her to stop....

Act 3 Rei SAILORMARS (December 16, 2009)


Do you remember the one where Rei Hino was revealed to be the third Sailor Senshi, Sailor Mars? Act 3 Rei SAILORMARS was the third act of the Sailor Moon manga.

In the Dark Kingdom, Queen Beryl reprimands Jadeite for his failures. Nephrite appears and mocks him, saying that he could do much better, and asks Beryl to allow him to take on the task instead. Zoisite wonders if the Sailor Senshi could also be after the Silver Crystal. The three Shitennou ask the queen what the crystal is, and she tells them that it is a source of endless power, and the one who has it controls the universe. She gives Jadeite one last chance to redeem himself, and he promises to eliminate the Senshi.

In the meantime, a miko meditates before a fire. She senses that something is coming, that something bad is about to happen....

Venus Minako's Nurse Mayhem (March 17, 2011)


Do you remember the one where Minako Aino decided to nurse her friends back to health when they had the flu? Venus Minako's Nurse Mayhem was the seventy-eighth episode of the Sailor Moon anime.

It is almost Christmas, and as people wearing face masks walk the streets of Tokyo a news report plays in a store window talking about the influenze outbreak. Esmeraude pauses to watch the news and gloats about her plan to spread Dark Power through this new strain of influenza. Minako walks past, looking around at all the people, and declares that it is time for her to take action.

At the Hikawa Shrine, Rei receives a phone call from Makoto. Both of them have the flu, and Makoto says that Usagi and Ami are also ill, but there is one Sailor Senshi who is still full of energy. Just then Minako arrives, enthusiastically swinging her cat carrier (as Artemis loudly protests) and announcing that she is there to help. Makoto listens to this over the phone with a wince, then looks around at her apartment that Minako had already destroyed....

Final Act - The Five Sailor Senshi Surpassed Their Previous Lives (August 14, 2011)


Do you remember the one where Princess Sailor Moon was consumed by her grief and used the power of the Silver Crystal to destroy the planet? Final Act - The Five Sailor Senshi Surpassed Their Previous Lives was the forty-ninth and final episode of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon kneels in an open cavern, cradling Prince Endymion's body and staring vacantly at nothing. Makoto, Ami, and Rei enter and watch her with concern, and when Queen Beryl arrives they drag her unresponsive form away protectively. Beryl only looks sadly at Endymion, then demands to know why the Princess had to take everything away from her, calling her the only evil. Makoto angrily says that Sailor Moon saved the planet from Queen Metalia, but Beryl points out that she also killed Endymion.

This wakes Sailor Moon from her lethargy, as she realizes the magnitude of what she has done. She screams Endymion's name, and in a surge of golden light transforms into Princess Sailor Moon. The Princess declares that she will destroy the planet along with Endymion, and the ground begins to shake...

Aim for the Prima! Usagi's Ballet (July 12, 2014)


Do you remember the one where Usagi and Chibiusa took ballet lessons together in the hope of becoming prima ballerinas? Aim for the Prima! Usagi's Ballet was the 145th episode of Sailor Moon.

Usagi and Chibiusa stand in front of the studio of the Yamagishi Ballet Company, reading a poster advertising a performance of Giselle. According to the poster the studio offers free lessons for beginners and they are looking for new members for the cast of the upcoming ballet; the two girls immediately imagine themselves as star ballerinas and decide they will take lessons.

At the Fruits Parlor Crown, Usagi tells her friends about how she signed up for lessons and will be performing in Giselle - not as the title role, of course, but she says the role will be perfect for her. Chibiusa mournfully admits that they wouldn't allow children in. Rei teases Usagi about being part of such a romantic story, and when Usagi declares that her talent was clear to see, though the others wonder what will happen when people who actually know ballet see Usagi try to dance....

Act.27 Mugen 1 Yokan ・ Zenpen (August 24, 2016)


Do you remember the one where the Sailor Senshi first encountered the threat posed by the Death Busters? Act.27 Mugen 1 Yokan ・ Zenpen was the 27th episode of Sailor Moon Crystal.

In a place of darkness, a voice speaks of an awakening light within the "Omega Area," full of a power similar to that of the Taioron Crystal. The voice declares this place to be theirs, a place where they will create their own world. The voice orders a strange woman to prevent the awakening of the light that would destroy them, and she promises Pharaoh 90 that she will.

A girl dreams of the fall of the Silver Millennium and three shadowed Sailor Senshi as a voice warns of coming destruction. Mamoru also awakens from a dire dream, while Rei gazes into the sacred fire and wonders at the vision she saw.

Usagi is awakened from a dream of her wedding with Mamoru and realizes she is, as usual, running late. As she rushes out the door, Chibiusa watches a news report about a strange monster that attacked students from Mugen Academy, causing another student to transform into a monster....
