Since WikiSysop doesn't really edit here, to answer your comment: the Japanese word シャボン comes from the Portuguese word "sabão" (as noted in Japanese dictionaries such as this and this) which is why on this wiki we use the Portuguese spelling rather than the phonetic "shabon".
