Yasuhiro Takato

Yasuhiro Takato (高戸靖広), born January 23, 1968, in Okayama, Japan, is a Japanese voice actor who played Artemis in the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime voice roles include Byonko in Konjiki no Gash Bell!!, Gluttony in Fullmetal Alchemist, Kuzzey Buskirk and Romero Pal in Gundam SEED, Rinsuke Akai in Black Blood Brothers, and Russia in Hetalia: Axis Powers.
