Queen Badiane created the Black Dream Hole in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. It was powered by the dreams of children trapped in her Dream Coffins, and her intention was to harness enough energy to enable the Black Dream Hole to swallow the entire Earth.
During Badiane's battle against Super Sailor Moon and Perle, she referred to the Black Dream Hole as her "other self," and eventually merged with its fiery core in the final phase of the battle.
