The Black Moon Clan were an evil organisation originating from the planet Nemesis in the thirtieth century. Led by Prince Dimande, they attacked Crystal Tokyo and pursued Chibiusa to twentieth century Tokyo, unaware that they were being manipulated by their sorceror, Wiseman.
