Episode trivia
- The Moonlight Knight made his first appearance in this episode.
- This episode included one of the rare instances in which a monster-of-the-day was destroyed by a Senshi other than Sailor Moon. In this case, it was Sailor Jupiter who finished off Falion with Supreme Thunder.
- When Makoto was thinking about the first time she met Shinozaki, "Anata no Sei Janai" was playing in the backround. In the English dub, it was replaced with "Rainy Day Man."
- "Anata no Sei Janai" was replaced by an instrumental version of "Eien no Melody" in the Italian dub. This change was reverted when the series aired on the premium channel Hiro in 2009.
- The French and Hungarian dubs both deleted the song Anata no Sei Janai" completely, without a replacement.
- The dub title for this episode, "A Knight to Remember" is an obvious pun on the phrase "A night to remember". This pun was also used by Nelvana as one of the titles of its Beyblade dub and by 4Kids as one of the titles of its Tokyo Mew Mew dub.[1]
