Galactica Tornado was an attack used by Sailor Lead Crow in the manga and musicals.
In the manga, it was used for the first and only time in Act 45 against she used Phobos and Deimos but they both leaped out of the way.
This attack appeared in the only two musicals in which Sailor Lead Crow was present. In Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu she tried using it against Minako but Saitou Kun interposed and was knock down. In Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin - The Second Stage Final she used it effectively against Sailor Venus.
