Jeff Lumby, sometimes credited as Jefferson Lumby, born 1955, in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, is a voice actor who played several roles in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. He is probably best known for his role as Winston Rothschild on the live-action Canadian program The Red Green Show, but has done voice acting work in several other shows and worked as the host of a radio show in Toronto.
